The hotel market in Poland develops dynamically and has very good prognosis for future growth. This situation is boosted by first of all growing demand on lodgings. Organization of Euro 2012 shall undoubtedly accelerate the process of hotel investments even further. New facilities shall be constructed in a luxury class, in medium one, and in economy class as well. It is also planned to construct several hundreds of compact module hotels by the gasoline stations.
